NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the supply of tanks by Germany will allow Ukraine to win.

“I strongly welcome the leading role of Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Germany in providing Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine in consultation with other NATO members and partners. At a critical moment in the Russian war, they can help Ukraine defend itself, win and dominate as an independent state”, – noted the Secretary General of the Alliance .
It will be recalled that earlier the German government announced that will transfer Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. In the first phase, Germany will provide a company of 14 Leopard 2 A6 tanks from the Bundeswehr. Other European partners will in turn transfer Leopard-2 tanks.
