The amount of the Single Social Contribution depends on the amount of the minimum wage. So from October 1, this tax will increase by 1,474 hryvnias. Due to the increase in the minimum wage, the minimum amount of old-age pensions was recalculated. It is about payments to citizens who have reached the age of 65 and older and have insurance experience: men for at least 35 years, women for at least 30 years. From October 1, the minimum pension amount for such pensioners will be UAH 2,680 (6,700 x 40%).
Also, from October 1, 2022, pensioners aged 70 to 75 will receive a monthly compensatory supplement to their pension in the amount of up to 300 hryvnias.
From October 1, 2022, an additional guarantee will be introduced for pensioners aged 70 and older, who are assigned a pension in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance” and who have insurance experience: men – at least 35 years, women – at least 30 years The minimum amount of their pension payment should not be less than 3,000 hryvnias.
