The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decree on mobilization will not be implemented in his republic.
It is reported that the story with Kadyrov’s speech appeared in the evening news program of ChDTRK “Grozny”. According to him, there will be no mobilization in Chechnya, because during the war in Ukraine, the republic “overachieved the plan”.
Kadyrov also noted that 20,000 Chechens took part in the hostilities. Allegedly, the region exceeded the “deflated plan” by 254%, but it was not specified what plan we are talking about, by whom and how it was approved.
It should be noted that today Kadyrov criticized the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia, during which 215 people were released, including fighters and commanders of “Azov”.
We will remind you that the day before, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced mobilization in the Russian Federation few protests are held and some regions have already banned men of conscription age from leaving.
