Violation of the laws and customs of war: Rashists occupied a psycho-neurological dispensary to treat their wounded
According to the General Staff, in order to rehabilitate the wounded and hiding behind civilians, the rashists have equipped another military hospital in the Kherson region. On the ground floor of the Cairo psycho-neurological boarding house they placed their soldiers, and the patients were transferred to other floors.
The occupiers stole medical equipment from the district hospital in Velikaya Lepetikha.
