Saskatoon police are issuing a warning to the public after multiple reports of women being sexually assaulted by a stranger.
The incidents occurred in the Dagnone Crescent area “in recent days”, police wrote in a press release on Thursday. They did not give a more precise period.
The attacker is described as a 15 to 25 year old male. He is between five feet nine and six feet tall and weighs around 180 pounds, with a slim build.
On at least two occasions, he wore a neon purple shirt and a neon yellow jacket, police said.
A victim later saw him in all-black clothing, with a tight hood around his face, black jeans and a black hoodie with a white logo on the front, police said.
Police did not provide specific information on the number of reports of sexual assaults they have received or exactly when the incidents occurred, but have asked anyone who may have information or video evidence that would help investigators call the Saskatoon Police Department at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
